RaceDay Training works from the philosophy that health and fitness are much easier to reach and maintain when you have a specific goal in mind.
I've spent many hours working with clients and trying to figure out how to help people lose weight and stay healthy. The answer has become quite clear to me: It's not about what people are eating, it's about what they are thinking. If I want to make a difference in the health of others, I've got to help change the way they think.
That's what RaceDay Training is all about.
As adults we no longer challenge ourselves. We get complacent in our lives until one day we wake up and realize we aren't who we want to be or where we want to be. We aren't living. But there is something about racing, whether it's a 5K or an Ironman, that reminds you why it's good to be alive. I've developed RaceDay Training to bring life back to people. To help you get healthy not by focusing on calories but instead by focusing on what you want to accomplish.
By using triathlon's, 5K's, marathon's or other such races as goals you learn how to tap into your inner motivations. You will learn how to push yourself which is essential for paving the road to lifelong health and happiness.
We also believe the emotional and mental aspect of training is equally important as the physical. To truly change your lifestyle you have to address this aspect. You have to learn how to identify what you're fighting against.
Of course everyone wants to know about eating. On RaceDay we keep things very simple. Instead of "diets" and "meals plans" we teach concepts and thought processes that you can learn and apply forever. "Meal plans" can't change your life, but learning how to think about eating can.
We aren't flashy or gimmicky, we simply want to instill and inspire real change in the lives of those who are looking for help. Our goal is to teach you how to live healthy and happy with results that will last throughout your life.
With RaceDay Training you can achieve your goals.
