FULL:
Run 400 meters forward
40 kettlebell or dumbbell swings (15-50+ lbs)
10 squat thrusts w/ jump or modified w/out jump
50 push ups or modified push ups
10 squat thrusts w/ jump or modified w/out jump
40 kettlebell or dumbbell swings (15-50+ lbs)
Run 400 meters backward (I would suggest doing this outside. If you do it on a treadmill be very careful. Start slow and hold the sides until you feel comfortable. Run toe to heel.)
SPRINT 200 meters forward
Only one set...how fast can you complete it?
Triathlete: add a swim. 300 yds - race pace, recover, repeat 3 times.
