5 (each direction) walking push ups
10 pull ups OR squat thrusts
10 (each side) lateral step ups w/ shoulder press (as you step up do a shoulder press as well)
REPEAT SET 6 TIMES (no rest between sets)
CARDIO:
2 mile run OR 6 mile bike
