800 m run

10 pull ups

REPEAT SET 4 TIMES FOR TIME (rest counts towards your time)

Dang...I wanted to do this workout but ran out of time.  Got in my 5 miles though.  Nice morning again!!!!  :)

I did planks and situps today instead of the pushups and pullups.  Then ran an extra mile.
