So, my husband and I had this discussion this morning. I've been struggling to lose my baby weight and I eat right and exercise. He told me to try eating before my workouts because my body thinks it is starving itself before working out so maybe that is one reason why I can't shake any weight. Do you eat before your workouts? Would this help me at all?
I work out first thing in the morning (5 am) and I'm racing out the door to get to the gym. I have never eaten before and was still able to lose weight but could this be a factor?
