I read my first exercise task... walk 30 minutes at a quick pace jogging every 5th minute... i add it up okay that only comes out to jogging for a total of 6 minutes. I go into with a mind set of i can do this, needless to say it was not easy, but it's done... I did it! But i will have to note AND I SWEAR to it, that the every 5th minute lasted like a complate 180 seconds! i tracked it up so i didnt have to measure out my neighborhood, but i did it... I did not go on further in my weekly workout schedule to see what i will be running for the fear of me getting back my "I have never been a runner" attitude, but i did it. Monday down! Tuesday here i come.
