This workout is awesome!
Pick a speed that is pretty fast to start out. It should be a speed that pushes you to your limit, but that you can do. I am giving you my MPH that I run at, find your equivalent.
Run 1 mile at 8.8 mph
Recover to normal breathing, although your heart rate shouldn't come all the way back down.
Run 1/2 mile at 8.9
Recover
Run 1/2 mile at 9.0
Recover
Run 1/4 mile at 9.1
Recover
Run 1/4 mile at 9.2
Recover
Run 1/4 mile at 9.3
Recover
Run 1/4 mile at 9.4
DONE!
